Only sad that corporate uses a silverware package that insults hispanics suggesting they don't know how to use cutlery and then suggesting that we gringos don't understand the concept of eating with a tortilla. It is a cute cutlery wrapper, but it is insulting one way or another all of its clients. Really???? If someone wants to eat their 1/2 chicken, rice beans and grilled onions with a knife and fork, just give it to them and get on with service aka caring...
The server, Nicole, was great. The moment you entered the store she immediately took you to the table. No wait and she was very welcoming. Very warm and personable. Took the drink order, brought out the food, and routinely checked on the table. Lets be honest, the TVs, music, and the patrons are loud. Its not an Olive Garden. She cut through the chaos and made the environment enjoyable.
Came to this ojos locos location for the first time this past week, 100% better then the other locations girls were better here atmosphere and attentiveness was solid. Got lucky with a waiter Jamey would definitely come back for her.
