Waitress kept getting our order worng thru out the night. Food took way too long to get to our table. When we finally got it, food was too cold. Send it back, and it came back cold again. This is not the first time we get this same type of service. I aways give a chance before writing a a review like this. Over all the few time I've been there, the service has been bad.
Staff was ok but was not well informed about food or drink menu. Seemed like a good place to watch sports but staff made it difficult to change channels. The place was kind of empty but still declined to change channels. Music was too load and staff did not attempt to lover volume on juke box after request. It can be a good place if run properly. Food was ok and alcohol prices were ok. It will be a while before I return but hopefully it improves.

Not satisfied. They didn't have much in stock. Ordered blooming onion, didn't have. Ordered fried pickles, didn't have. Ordered Philly cheese steak. Didn't have. Ordered Monterrey chicken, didn't have the side veggies and didn't tell us. They brought it out without veggies and then said they didn't have, when asked where the veggies were. Food was salty. Server only brought us 2 napkins and one knife to a party of 3. Overall, not a good experience.
