I've never had a problem at this location till today 1/27/2024 floor was wet outside ladies rest room I slept & feel I waited for manager to pick me up & there were No signs of wet floor
I love Whataburger but the lady at the drive thru has a bad attitude.
She’s always asking for the correct amount. If you do that with all the customers in front of me, wouldn’t you have enough change?
Also twice she tried to scan my phone and the points did not change. You hear the “beep” when it goes through.
The first time I said I’ll add it with a receipt. The second time I asked her to scan it again and she yelled at me and said,”I already scanned it!”
