“Alright McDonald's West Columbia way step up your game. Your cashier Angel gets 5 stars. He engaged with me as a customer and talked me through some options on the menu. He made a personal recommendation that was fantastic. I am not going to give away his secrets but go in and tell him your hungry, you won't be disappointed. Really great experience with the entire staff. Order was perfect and food was fresh.“

“I know in the past it had been a bad place to go, but I have to say the last 4-6 months things have improved.. the employees are more adapted for customer service, cooks are better trained in the prep of food. Yes some times people are overwhelmed and seem grumpy, but please put yourself in there shoes. IF YOUVE NEVER WORKED IN FOOD AND OUT IN THE HEAT YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND..BE CURTIOUS TO THE HANDLERS. SO ALL AND ALL GIVE THEM A CHANCE. I WILL KEEP RETURNING.“

“Hot and fast food... got the $7 meal deal... chicken, tots, burger and drink... delicious.
Update-- I really enjoy the variety of the $7 meal deal and price point. Today was customer appreciation day and that was awesome; enter a raffle, coupons for food, free branded merch, and samples.“

“I just wanted something that I didn't have to cook and then clean up after. A chili cheese hot dog sounded good so I went to our Sonic. The girl that took my order was very nice and friendly and she repeated the order back to me to make sure it was right. She was super nice at the window and I got my food fast. When I got home, my order was exactly right, all the extras were there. That is not very common in food service today. It was a good deal all the way around.“
