There isn’t front of house staff here - just a kitchen. Order online before you go or you’ll have to go through the online ordering when you get here. The QR code on the screen isn’t even site specific so it’s annoying to get your order in. I walked out.

I came in towards the end of the day and the place was inviting and the people there super friendly and helpful. Never been there before and got a yummy shawarma pita. Been meaning to try, it’s so close to my house. Will def try more things here.

Recently made a trip back to Austin to see friends and family for Thanksgiving. Someone in our group wanted to go by CAVA and I wasn’t sure what to expect. WOW!! Everything was AMAZING! I got the clix chicken shawarma, and it was delicious. The tzatziki was great and made the dish a 10/10. My wife got the garlicky chicken shawarma. She loved it and we both agreed that this is a MUST STOP every time we come to Austin!

Everything is incredible! I love the food, the hummus, the rice, the steak, the Mia, the atmosphere, the service is great, especially Mia. Mia was there to aid us in our darkest times, when it looked like there was no way out. Truly the GOAT of Cava, I look forward to dining again to see her in action.

Decent food and service. It would be better if they paid attention to how long the food has been in the serving containers. Irritating to have parts of the meal that has brown rice that has been burnt until it is hard and crunchy.

Delicious bowl. Probably the best I've had. Doesn't skimp you on the portions either.
