The entire staff is so nice every-time we go. They are all great but Ana always goes out of her way to take care of us. It’s the kids favorite place.

I received the wrong order at the drive-through and tried calling the store, but no one answered. It took me 35 minutes to drive back, and when I finally spoke with the manager, all they said was “oh” before handing me the same order that had been sitting there for 40 minutes. The food was cold and the fries were soggy. This level of service is unacceptable, and the store manager clearly needs retraining.

Good food and kids love the playground
I thought this was going to be a cute little stop in our day.
The building was hot, muggy and uninviting.
The food was hot and fresh.
The sweet tea however was old. Likely just left out over night and used the next day.

I just had the best meal of my life and now I cant move bc I'm so full. I had the GF bun with my cowboy burger, best damn gf bun ive ever had and holy hell the ALWAYS GLUTEN FREE NUGGETS?!?!?! are you kidding me?!?!? incredible. I want to marry Hat Creek. Never change. ill be back tomorrow.
