i Fratelli Pizza Westlake

Cute place, it's more of a pick up rather than dine in. I liked that it's thin and crispy. Our pizza was fresh and prepared well. Our only issue was that the pizza had a distinct flavor (could be the seasoning??)and unfortunately we couldn't get past that. The staff was really nice though!

Unremarkable, gimmicky and overpriced. The business has an Italian name and their motto is "never trust a round pizza" which is not only a gigantic oxymoron in itself, but also one of the most idiotic things I have ever seen in a restaurant/pizzeria (pizza in Italy is almost ALWAYS round). I ordered their medium margherita and strongly regret it. I tried to be open-minded even after seeing "Roma tomatoes" in their listed ingredients (a fancy way of saying diced cherry tomatoes, which have absolutely no place on a pizza margherita). I will start by giving credit where it's due: their staff was very polite and the inside of their store is nicely decorated and inviting. That's the only reason for which they're getting three stars instead of two. But when it comes to pizza, they need to change their suppliers and up their game, because their tomatoes and cheese were ridiculously bland: inferior to the likes of a frozen pizza in Italy or gas station pizza in Texas (Hunt brothers). The dough was cooked adequately and almost had more flavor than the basil which is sloppily chopped and littered all over the pizza (yet again, something absolutely blasphemous for an establishment with an Italian name). I would put this chain just one or two steps above any fast food pizza chain. Don't waste your money, their prices do not reflect their quality.

Has never been here before, when I arrived I didn’t need a full pizza I was hoping for a small.Robin came around the counter and asked if it was my first time and proceeded to give me an idea, she was very helpful.. when the Big slice showed up it was fresh and crispy, everything you want in a pizza. Highly recommend!!!!

Good pizza, but they will burn it. Yep, they will. It’s very thin crust, which is great. But it also means your pizza will have black burnt parts. You can ask them not to, but they’ll still burn your pizza.

Pizza is fine but we have had a lot of delivery problems. Pizza is always at least 15-20 mins later than promised in the confirmation email. And then tonight it’s more than 30 mins later than promised- which, ok, I’m sure it is a busy night for them BUT no one is even answering the phones to be able to answer questions about what’s going on. Just a frustrating customer service experience three times in the last 3 months or so.Update: I drove there to figure out what was going on. The poor employees who worked there (and there were hardly any!) are totally overwhelmed. They have 3 people working trying to make a crazy number of pizzas (national college football championship, TCU is playing and they’ve been promoting this on their instagram for days). This is definitely a staffing problem not a slowness problem. I hope management fixes it as the employees are all busting their butts to get pizzas out and they just don’t have enough help.

Best pizza in Westlake area! Even better, owners are great people who support the community!

First time customer today. I was hoping for a better pizza. The crust was thin, overly crunchy (I don't mean crispy) and tasteless. Overall it was a below average pie....

Thank You i Fratelli Pizza, Mike & Staff for such Great Service and Fantastic Pizza...I ordered a variety of thin crust pizza & their delicious & famous house salad (yummy dressing) for my Executives, and it was a HUGE hit… Except I did forget the anchovies (can’t have pizza without anchovies). I called the store and Mike went out of his way to bring them to my office, Thank You Mike for going Above & Beyond… It’s obvious i Fratelli Pizza Masters Excellence in Customer Service, THANK YOU we will definitely order Again!!

Pizza was Delicious! Nice small crunch to the pizza. Toppings were fresh. Came by near stores and ordered as I passed by, however pizza came out fast and staff was super friendly and helpful. Best pizza and salad, your tastebuds will enjoy!

Pizza was an 8.4Best Pizza by a mile compared to Home Slice. Took the edge from Tony C's. If there was a slight thicker crust, and was cooked a little longer it would easily be a higher 8. Sauce and Cheese are the strong points

Great pizza and people. On the expensive side but it fits right in with an already local shopping complex. Highly recommended!Customer service is exceptional. I messed up my own order and they fixed it at no charge.Keep an eye out for the pizza deliver off-road vehicle with a flag. Oh and the have complimentary wine and some funky music while you wait. Also have gluten free crust.Tip: Order ahead, it takes a bit. Thank you Jessica for a wonderful experience!We will be back!

Pizza, cheese cake, and customer appreciation was amazing. Made me feel like a famous food critic just walked in. Going to make this a regular stop.
