Myles was outstanding! Greeted us from the entrance and walked us to our tables explaining the ins and outs of Lupe’s. Great atmosphere. The hospitality of Eddie and Marlon was beyond customer service! They did this out of heart and spoke highly of the company and how they have been here for the customers who keep returning. We look forward to being a returning customer!

Service is slow. Meat is delicious. The rice and beans are okay. The appetizer Alvacodo and crab is on point .

My wife and I love coming here we sit at the bar the food is always amazing. The service at the bar is usually kinda slow so don’t be in a rush. The cold beer on tap just makes it even better. I love getting either the fajita or one of the soup options. If you are looking for a place to hangout for a second before heading home I highly recommend.

This place never disappoints! Ezmera is AMAZING, a literal angel! The food was 10/10 as always! Love this place so much!

I received this meal from friends because of my recent surgery. Food was very dry on yesterday. I decided to give it another opportunity and asked my family to gradually heat. Same results. This is my first meal from this location. Arbor always gets it right.

That being said I enjoy Lupe.

Their fajitas are are top notch! The lime pepper marinade is really something else!
I typically just get the steak fajitas with their complimentary chips, charro beans, and salsa. Even though they didn't cut the meat across the grain, it still was incredibly tender and delicious. This is definitely an Austin staple. The atmosphere is more of a fast, casual feel. And sometimes there's a wait just because they don't have many waiters in that night.

One downside is there were quite a few mosquitoes in the bathrooms - probably because when the temperatures cool down they open the big glass garage doors to extend the patio.

Apparently the employees said the kitchen exhaust fan failed and management won't fix it. All the doors were open with fans on to circulate the thick charred smoke from the kitchen. Customers and employees alike were coughing and struggling to breathe the smoky air. We feel bad for them and we left. It's unhealthy and likely a fire risk.

Food was great during brunch time. Service was a little slow due to how busy it was and it seemed our server had a lot of tables that were bigger parties. I worked in the food business, so I understand it can get busy and hectic and sometimes servers will be swamped. I can't fault them for that.

Queso was good. Nothing too special about it.

We went for breakfast last Sunday. The service wasn’t great because the restaurant was short on staff and the waiter seemed new. We ordered the chicken fajitas, a fajita omelette and 2 orders of the salmon Eggs Benedict. The food was overall good and had good flavor. But please, please please make sure the staff knows how to properly POACH an egg. Poached eggs shouldn’t be cooked hard unless requested hard. My food was ok but would have been so much better with properly poached eggs. I didn’t bring this up to the waiter because the food had already taken a long time. Note that when I ordered, I did ask how the eggs were prepared/poached but the waiter seemed to lack knowledge of egg preparation. Coincidently, a friend also complained to me that his eggs were poached hard the previous week. I’ll go back but will send my food back if the eggs are not poached properly.
