MOD Pizza

This was the very first MOD Pizza location I ever visited a few years ago, and it immediately made me a fan. The restaurant was very clean, had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly patient and helpful, especially since I had no idea how the ordering process worked or what to choose.

The food was fresh, made exactly how I wanted it, and very reasonably priced, which made the experience even better. The ability to customize everything and still get a quality meal quickly really stood out to me.

Because of that first visit, I’ve become a loyal customer and make it a point to stop at any MOD Pizza location I come across.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This was an absolutely horrific experience. Everyone is always in a bad mood, have earbuds in, food area is always messy and dirty, but tonight was the last straw. The health hazard I saw tonight was enough to make me walk out. When I walked in and approached the counter, the employee says “what do you want”… I get it, people have bad days so I was trying to be patient. However, I noticed he has very old/used gloves on, with those same gloves, he takes out his earbud, he then places it on the counter NEXT to the food, the tomato sauce was running low, so he turns around to grab another pan of sauce, but when he bent down, his whole BUTT CRACK is out in the open, as he is grabbing the sauce from the bottom of the fridge, he ends up dropping some tomato sauce on the floor (i get it, accidents happen) but then he grabs a rag from the sanitizer bucket, which keep in mind that is on the table next to the food items, he then squeezes out the water from the rag ONTO the floor to start cleaning the sauce he dropped on the floor in assuming? At this point, I’ve had enough. I was trying to give him a chance, give MOD another chance, but even a group of girls walked out too. How disappointing to see the lack of care, respect, and safety.

Pablo (the new GM here) is one of the kindest & hardest working people I’ve seen in a long while. I don’t come too often but because of him I’ll def be back more. Thank you Pablo for your professionalism & making my visit amazing.

This cooker does not really want to be here, i was the first of 6 people to order, i was the last one to received the pizza and it was burn, I requested to re do the pizza, they did, meanwhile waiting i saw this guy gave a to go order to the wrong person, he has to run behind them to catch them and reassigned the order. My pizza finally was delivered, not burn but extra toasted, thank I was starving I could eat it.

This place is filthy. The tea dispenser is all molded. And they still have it out here like someone is gonna drink it. And I swear it’s more gnats in here than the law allow. I’ll never come here again. 12:06p 8/4/2025

All of the fountain drinks were heavily water down and tasted like mineral water. The food was ok, but the place is swarmed with fruit flies.

The pizza was very bad: completely burnt, bitter, cold, and with few ingredients. A truly bad experience. My daughter and everyone else rejected it.

Better service at the post office. When you come in the employees ignore you, and when they finally speak to you, it is like dealing with a robot, except not nearly as efficient. Food is decent, but service is slow and pathetic. Store is also freezing cold.

Took an early lunch, showed up 10:28 am online and the door both stated they open at 10:30 and waited outside till 10:38 while they stood around inside, I believe the manager saw me and just sat there. After ordering went to fill my drink which the whole countertop is just plain filthy and full of nats with a horrible rotten smell, then sat down to wait on my pizza and saw a dead roach, after that I was just totally grossed out, I can't eat this. Mind you I am the first customer of the day which I would think the place would be clean and it was not. Just a horrible experience.

I always enjoy Mod's, good food and the service is pleasant with decent prices.

We ordered from here tonight and both of our pizzas came without cheese. CHEESE???? That’s weird af

No one prompted me to write this review. Genuinely outstanding customer service and major value for what you’re paying. Will come back.

Best MOD team in town.

Yummy pizza with a variety toppings. Nice outdoor patio.
