I had the pomegranate yogurt with strawberry bursting boba! It was delish! My friend Matthew had the cookies and cream with cookie dough sprinkles! The service was great! He was very nice and very professional. I highly recommend Pinkberry. I just wish they opened earlier on Sundays. I would like to come here after church!Parking: There is a lot of parking. It is in the Randall’s shopping center.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids! Please bring your childrenWheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair access is right in front so there would be no limitations with a wheelchair

Nice staff, but she literally put 4 almonds in my yogurt and 10 little pieces of fruity pebbles. Really odd that she was so frugal with my topping requests.

4.5 I went to Pinkberry with my family for a cold treat after dinner. It's located in a shopping center and there's plenty of parking around there. I walked in and there was a wall menu to look at. There was a woman at the front ready to take our order. She was very kind and gave me time to decide what I wanted. I chose to try the original vanilla with cookie dough bites and strawberry slices as my toppings. It was really good for frozen yogurt. The original vanilla stated that it was sweet and tart. After a few bites I got used to the tartness and enjoyed the combination of flavors that burst into my mouth. This frozen yogurt shop is a little small but has tables and chairs to sit and enjoy this cold treat.

This is my all time favorite Pinkberry location. The staff always super friendly and the ingredients are always fresh. They'll even put your frozen yogurt on ice if you're carrying out!

Ordered 80 cups to-go and it was delivered 1) on time 2) great set up 3) still super cold! Will for sure look at Pinkberry for future corporate orders after a perfect experience.

Manager is extremely rude to other employees, making them do things that they don’t need to do for very bad pay. Extremely lazy, rude and uncaring for employees well-being. As a customer this is very startling and not comforting to watch. Genuinely do not recommend this establishment. Very rude when ringing up customers also. Personally I do not want to see mistreatment in a work place, especially one that I was going to let my beautiful teenager work for. Extremely disrespectful and horrible management on ur part Evan or however you spell it. Do not treat your customers or fellow employees like dirt!

The manger named Evan. at the Westlake location, was very rude. There was no yogurts ready and he doesn’t do anything just plays on his phone in the establishment instead of working . And yells at his poor employees. He doesn’t care about anyone but himself. He should be fired.

I have been a regular at this location for a few years since I go to UT and love stopping by here with a few of my girl friends. I have been really debating on writing a review in hopes that if I waited they would correct themselves or maybe it was just an off day for them, however, it seems that management (in particular Evan) doesn’t seem to really care about the quality of the food being served or the service being provided. In regards to quality of food, there have been multiple times when I ordered raspberries as a topping where I find literal mold in them so it seems like no thought is going into the prep. In addition to that, I was there not too long ago trying to order an original (since that’s my go to flavor) and I overheard the team member telling the manager (Evan) that something was on “standby” - (I’m not entirely sure what that means) and the machine just needed to be refilled even though they had told me and my friends those flavors weren’t available anymore?? So what is it? Is the machine broken or is it just laziness to not refill it? In regards to the service, most of the time when I go I’m met with super friendly workers who go out of their way to help us but there have now been two times where I have seen the manager Evan yell at other coworkers in front of me and other customers and I think that is wildly inappropriate, there has to be a back of house or even outside if he needs to get that frustration out but that fact that it has happened twice makes me think that management doesn’t care how their other employees are being treated by someone in a place of power. Safe to say, I will be finding a different fro yo place to relax and hang out with my girl friends. Do better Pinkberry this is so disappointing for what it used to be!
