Ok for real how do they make the meats so delicious?? The bacon and the brisket are insanely good. Ranchero sauce tacos with any of the meats go wild. The baked potato hasy makes it even crazier.

BTW I do think the sandwiches are a bit of a let down, wasn't super impressed. 6 stars for the tacos though!

Extremely weak order execution today. Apparently THIS is considered an acceptable breakfast taco for honey ham to send out the door - literally a tortilla with basically *nothing* inside of it. They also left out 3x brisket tacos from our group order this morning and now we do not have enough food for people stuck in an office w/ virtually no other breakfast options. All of this *despite* my calling ahead this morning to confirm the order. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and will not be back.

Hands down the best quality restaurant with wonderful service. The food is so tasty with amazing flavors. I love their sides, especially the baked potato casserole and apple slaw. I love their breakfast tacos. And I love the meats. The absolute best sliced ham and amazing sliced turkey that is awesome to bring home for the week. Texas Honey Ham Co is a gem.

I wish I could give six stars. Their whole entire team is top notch. The service can’t be beat. The food always leaves me craving the same deliciousness the next day. I have to limit myself how often I go back because otherwise I would eat there every day. It’s all happening here and I am so appreciative for all that they do.

Dietary restrictions: I have celiacs and never once have had an issue with anything I want to order. Their gf bread is amazing. So much so that the first time I ordered gf bread I was convinced it was not gf however after asking for a remake I find out the only sliced bread they have is gluten free.

My first time did not disappoint, mostly thanks to Truman! From him making us smile right as we came in the door to the exceptional service from him and and the rest of the staff. I got to try to sampler platter (courtesy of Truman since I was a first time customer) and I will OF COURSE be back. The club sandwich was delicious, I could easily just eat the ham and bacon by itself. Thanks again Truman for being so awesome!!

This was hands-down, the best dining experience I’ve ever had. You wouldn’t expect it from a well hidden, smaller, Mom and Pop type shop like this, but the personalities along with the service, and insanely good food on top of all of that, made this better than any Michelin restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Shout out to Truman and Eric !

Back when I ate meat we used to have their ham bone soup around Thanksgiving time and I remember it being absolutely delicious. Now that I’m a vegetarian, my life is bland and lonely. JK, it is WAY BETTER.

We stopped here for breakfast and their ranchero tacos are great. A favorite is eggs with avocado. Their frijoles with egg was alright. Next time I’d like to try their egg and cheese. I appreciated that their potato hash clearly stated that there was bacon in it - next step is making one without bacon! Please :)

We’ll definitely be back for more breakfast tacos. You could tell that tortillas and ingredients were fresh. Very tasty.

I logically know that Texas Honey Ham will never come to Dallas, but a girl can and will forever dream. I’m obsessed with this place! This was one of my boyfriend’s “spots” in high school ~10 years ago, so when he took me to Austin for the first time last year to show me where he grew up/to meet family, he said, “I have to take you here.” Thank goodness he did - the BEC breakfast tacos have legitimately altered my brain chemistry (how do they get such amazing flavor?!?! It’s seriously unlike any other BEC breakfast taco/breakfast item I’ve ever had) and the shells & cheese are genuinely unbelievable - same with the ham bone soup. It’s to the point where I think I’ve become a tad insufferable because every time we go to Austin now, we debate on how much food we want to bring back home and I’m always the one asking if we can bring back more to freeze and put on reserve. Can’t wait to stop by again soon with a bigger cooler on hand!!
