Placed my order around 11:20 and they cancelled it. Maybe the app was delayed in the order but I thought that as long as a store is open you'll be serviced. Tried calling, was on hold for 10 minutes.

Store full of workers, about 6 people in there and they lock the doors at 6 pm. No point in a carry out option if you literally cannot carry anything out, you have to sit in the drive thru. The pizza tasted old as well there should be a 0 star option.

They make it so difficult to order. I mean to use your reward points. To get the points depending on how you order, online, phone, app. The ONLY way to use them is to place online order. It's ridiculous!
