Placed my order around 11:20 and they cancelled it. Maybe the app was delayed in the order but I thought that as long as a store is open you'll be serviced. Tried calling, was on hold for 10 minutes.

Store full of workers, about 6 people in there and they lock the doors at 6 pm. No point in a carry out option if you literally cannot carry anything out, you have to sit in the drive thru. The pizza tasted old as well there should be a 0 star option.

They make it so difficult to order. I mean to use your reward points. To get the points depending on how you order, online, phone, app. The ONLY way to use them is to place online order. It's ridiculous!
I quit going to dominos for many years due to terrible customer service and flat out terible quality food. But ever since I moved to Orange and began using this location I’ve been back so many times!!! The people are always so friendly and the food is always on point.

I ordered pizza on 7/12/24 using the stores local number but was rerouted to a foreign call center. I ordered pizza then was sent to the "payment system". Today(7/13/24) I looked at my bank account and noticed 3 PayPal transactions that I didn't make. I just dont think it's a coincidence. I never use my card and k never call the store. I always order online. The first time I call and use my debit card I get these scam charges. Pizza was great but call center. 0 stars.
