Dirty parking lot with very little improvement with dirty floors once inside. Apparently this establishment is on autopilot when it comes to the poor presentation of the store. Wondered in and started reading the menu board. After a few minutes of standing there alone looking stupid with no-one even acknowledging me, I decided it was time to walk. Unfortunately, the price asked and the price it's worth are definitely not in sync at KFC. $50 for a bucket chicken with sides? Perhaps I'd feel different if it was really good chicken, but even the KFC folks know that it's not what it once was. So I left and went elsewhere were l felt valued. For future reference I'll be skipping this GREED-FLATION fueled culinary embarrassment.

The manager was really nice and went out of his way toake sure the chicken was flesh and gave me a drink that I wanted to try. The only problem I ever have is the air conditioner is broken

Tried to eat here a couple nights ago. Walked in and there was a crowd of people just standing or sitting inside the restaurant waiting. After standing there for a bit waiting to place an order, one of the employees yelled out to the front that he was sorry for the wait and he would be there in a few minutes. Waited a few more minutes, he still didn't come up front. We asked people how long they had been waiting. One lady was waiting for a doordash pick up and had been there 10-15 minutes. And two other said they had placed their orders and had been waiting for 20 minutes. With no end in sight for getting to order or receiving food, we left and went across the street to a different restaurant.
On top of the non-existent service, the a/c was broken. So it was cooler outside (in June) than it was inside the restaurant.

I hadn’t been to this location in probably a year because last time service and food was terrible. Went today and the lady in drive thru was so sweet and smiled the whole time. Chicken was absolutely fresh.
Great sides. Wasn't impressed with the chicken. Think it was old grease.

I bought the 2 pc original. It was gross. The crust was nothing. That was not the KFC that I am used to. The mashed potatoes and gravy had no flavor. And biscuit looked like a drop biscuit from a 5 year old.
