Paid $50 to feed 4 adults with some left over!! A clean dinning area!! Food was a bit salty, chicken was cook fully but had some slimy parts!! Overall 3 solid stars!!

The employees are so kind every time I go in. However, whoever is in charge of this location should be ashamed of themselves for forcing the employees to work in such a hot environment. Just sitting in the lobby, I felt faint twice due to how hot it is in there. It has been hot every time I have gone for the last year at LEAST! The poor workers are sweating and running around trying to make it work, I would quit if I were them!!

Chicken Strips were so dry, they were jerky. Why? You can visually see it when you put it in the box. It has zero moisture. Dark and completely dried out. Wasted money.

First of all we ordered our food online with a 20 min grace from when we ordered till when we set the time to pick up the order i arrive intime to be informed there was no chicken cooked ok i understand resturant rushes as i have managed restaurants in my past but as i was told that it would be a 25 min wait for my chicken the cashier and the cook started arguing and screaming at one another about the situation 😳 so then i wait in ny car for 40 more mins for my order that when i got home was only half way correct to say it was unprofessional and a horrible dinning experience is an understatement from now on ill drive the 15 mins to bridge city when thw family wanta KFC 1 star would not recommend this location .......this is not the first time something like this has happend either but having restaurant experience i try to give grace and to be compassionate with my reviews but thia experience needs to be shared to protect others from wasting time and money .

Ordered a 8 piece meal got 6 legs and 2 wings these hwy robbery. Also had no coleslaw replaced it with corn and corn is super dry like it's been over cooked 😐 NEED TO STEP IT UP
