The employees are so kind every time I go in. However, whoever is in charge of this location should be ashamed of themselves for forcing the employees to work in such a hot environment. Just sitting in the lobby, I felt faint twice due to how hot it is in there. It has been hot every time I have gone for the last year at LEAST! The poor workers are sweating and running around trying to make it work, I would quit if I were them!!

1st visit to this location. Very pleasant from ordering to picking up my order. The young man Bear that took my order was so kind and patient as I asked questions. Then the new district manager (I didn't get her name) was awesome too. She was fast and friendly and there was a great happy atmosphere in the building. Great experience and I will definitely be back. I'm not a KFC type of girl but the experience I had tonight after a stressful day may the day brighter after...

The manager was really nice and went out of his way toake sure the chicken was flesh and gave me a drink that I wanted to try. The only problem I ever have is the air conditioner is broken
