Terrible experience. What we assume is the owner refused to accept the fact that we had some issues with our meal because apparently everyone else loves it. We weren't even looking for a refund or to be compensated, yet he got angry and was not happy we didn't enjoy our meal. Thank you Luigi's for ruining our valentines. Pasta tasted like soap, chicken parm was rubbery and soggy. Spaghetti was no better than a frozen meal. Garlic bread was just plain old sad. $60 wasted and a ruined day. Save your money and go to Elsa's or Bruno's.

First time to go there, in my life, service was poor, portions were very small, salad was, maybe the size of a a small cup of coffee, (around 4" circular, and 1/4" high, no kidding) the shrimp alfredo was great, the pepperoni pizza was good, bread was ok, pink sauce, not so good.

Went here maybe a week ago, from the time writing this, and I just did not like it. I got a calzone, and it had SO much cheese inside of it, to the point of most of the inside was not even cooked. Not to mention the lack of meat, 90% cheese, 7% meat, and 3% moist bread shell holding it together. And when I complained to who apparently owned the restaurant, he got apprehensive and a bit abrasive. And to make it up to me, they sent out spaghetti, that you could achieve with tap water cooked pasta and pre rolled meatballs from Walmart. I can get trying to cut corners, but at some point you need to realize, its just not good. One last tiny thing, maybe use a bit more pasta sauce. Almost ran out of it with just a few bites, and I mixed it in. And try putting sauce IN the calzone. I want to feel like im eating a calzone, not slab of cheese. Only parts I liked, were the staff and decor. Which I can really only describe as, nice. Oh yeah, and the desert (that tasted store bought) wasn't the worst.

Luigi's has good food at reasonable prices. The place is clean - very clean. The owner is amazing. Orange is lucky to have this gem.
This restaurant was listed as second best in town. It has almost nothing to do with an Italian restaurant. The lasagna has nothing to do with the original. No Italian dressing to the salad. Wine you have to bring from home. It’s better to stay away from this place.

Very good food for an affordable price. Luigis Italian Grill is by far the best Italian food in Southeast Texas. Friendly staff and friendly owner who is at work everyday checking table to table to insure you're happy.

Place is pleasant and roomy. Menu is mediocre. No real standout dish. Just the basics. Same menu as Joe's in Port Arthur and the other in Bridge City. Descent portion size. Service is fine.

We've been eating here since they first came to town. This is the one place that has came to town, had good food, one owner, and is still here, but the food, the food every time we go, seems to be better each time we go. The food is outstanding, the service is great, the place is clean, I mean, come on, you can't find a better place to go for a fantastic meal. Thank you for getting better, not worse, like most places do after being here for a while. Go to Luigis for the best dining experience in Orange County.
