I had to go all around the building. I felt like they didn't want anyone in there. Fries are cold and burger was cold, my bacon was on side of sandwich .Service could have been a lot more friendly. Probably won't go back

Attempted to order food and use a free six piece nugget off the app. They didn’t add it to the order first and it went away after I showed them. He then told me that he can’t give me the six piece. Ended up with no food.On top of that the amount of time I stood at the counter for them to take my order was ridiculous. For some reason they only take two orders at a time so if there are ten people waiting to order they can’t until the first two people get their orders.Malik was the person taking the order and said he was manager.
