Normally one of the better fast food places in Orange, today not so much. Fish sandwich was small, over cooked and cold. Fries were hot but also over cooked. Strawberry lemonade was very good.

Attempted to order food and use a free six piece nugget off the app. They didn’t add it to the order first and it went away after I showed them. He then told me that he can’t give me the six piece. Ended up with no food.On top of that the amount of time I stood at the counter for them to take my order was ridiculous. For some reason they only take two orders at a time so if there are ten people waiting to order they can’t until the first two people get their orders.Malik was the person taking the order and said he was manager.

Service was fast, I did feel like the lady at the window could have been a little more friendly, but she wasn't rude by any means, food was pretty good just wish fries were fresh and my lettuce wasn't the harder piece, if that makes any sense... but thank yall, quick easy lunch for my family!

So I eat here everyday well today I forgot my wallet at home on the way to work but I had quarters so my meal was 6.16 while handing her the quarters she (rotanna) said seriously and put her hand down not wanting to take it. Only time I haven’t paid with the card. If it was legal to slap the lady I would’ve no doubt . However I learned it’s because she’s not good at counting. Don’t try to clown someone for paying in change some people maybe on tough times.

SO BEWARE AND YOU'RE WELCOME!This Wendy's HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST WENDYS IN THE DANG COUNTRY. The staff to everything on the menu EXCEED EXPECTATIONS. These people are SAINTS AND QUEENS! From the managers to the person greeting me, they are SPECTACULAR and something else that isnt normal around here....CONSISTENT EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I literally can't brag enough on this place, obvi. soooooo THANK YOU!
