Great customer service.the workers are smiling and greet you right away. I got the A wreck sandwich with bacon added. It was the best sandwich I ever had. I reviewed jersey mikes and this beats it 100% better flavor and quality is at potbelly . I wanted to say thankyou to the amazing staff and the hard work that they do. For a busy location the service was very quick and efficient way better than jimmy johns.

Sad to say this was my first experience at potbelly. We were a party of three. The ordering was very confusing. Sandwiches were made out of sequence. Chips had only baked option. Since sandwiches were made out of order we were putting toppings on another persons sandwich. Toppings and sandwich making is conducted behind a tall wood counter so that you cannot see what they are doing. Broccoli Cheddar soup was good, it tasted like Panera Bread Soup. Had to ask for manager to even get my sandwich, but she was very helpful. She also gave me a coupon for a free sandwich, but we gave the coupon to another customer in the restaurant. One last thing, the fountain drinks did not have the proper mix of syrup to carbonation.
I ordered food from here on Uber Eats.I ordered the original wreck,The cup of chicken pot pie And some chips and a sweet tea. My sandwich is mostly bread literally little to no meat. The meat only covers the middle of the sandwich. I have pictures of the bread with little meat sandwich I should call it. I ask for sweet tea not Arizona sweet tea with lemon flavored brand. The soup will need some chicken in it . I got a few mini pieces out the cup of chicken pot pie. I usually ordered from here in person and all the time my sandwich was good and had meat on it. They didn't even put my condiments on the sandwich( the Lettuce,pickles,mayo,etc) I guess since they are being watch by us the customers they will put meat but since I ordered it they can do whatever. My meal was no cheap at all and uber eats doesn't offer no time of help on this order at all. I hope to receive an message on the review to get my problem solved Thanks
