Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a very long time. The atmosphere, service, food, all of it was 10/10! Our waiter, Ryan, made the experience even better. He was super knowledgeable about the menu, flavors, and went above and beyond to provide great service. We got the focaccia, broccolini Caesar, Creste di galli, and chicken parm. A friend recommended Milton’s to me after it opened in Rice Village, and after two visits, I can confidently say this has become one of my favorite places for pasta in Houston.
I was very impressed with the food on my first visit, and the second visit was every bit as good. The pasta dishes here are truly exceptional. On our first visit, I had the rigatoni Bolognese with sherry and Parmesan. It was outstanding—the pasta and sauce had an incredible depth of flavor.
