Trey and his staff are phenomenal. Very personable and I would definitely say Jersey Mikes is on top of my list as the customer service was superb. Thank you staff for all coming together and making this experience and environment excellent!!

I had a fantastic experience interacting with GM Tre and his team at Jersey Mike's on Kirby near West U. I came in to redeem a BOGO email coupon, and Tre immediately welcomed me to Jersey Mike's. As he was making my sandwiches, he asked about my day and made sure my sandwiches were exactly to my liking. The service was quick, and the food tasted fresh. I went in Wednesday at about about 3:30, Trey was very busy and by the looks of it he was by himself. I was craving a Cold Sub and asked him to just surprise me because I'm not picky. Boy did he surprise me! He made me one of the best sandwiches I had in a while!! Even by himself he was cool calmand collected. This man needs a raise! S/O to Trey! I will definitely be back! Also this was my First time at Jersey Mike's!
