Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had the most frustrating experience at this location this morning 11/09/24. My party and I drove quite a distance to get there, only to wait 20 minutes for our drinks (hot tea and juice) and another 20 minutes for our cold food. To make matters worse, the waitress didn’t bring condiments for our pancakes, hot tea, or my mother’s breakfast.

We sent the food back to have it fixed, but the response was slow and lacked any sense of urgency. When I spoke with the acting manager to explain the situation, he dismissed us, saying we didn’t have a check to pay, instead of offering to resolve the issue. I can understand if the waitress was busy, but the manager should have stepped in to ensure we were taken care of.

After spending 45 minutes in the restaurant with nothing to eat, we decided to leave. It’s especially frustrating because this location isn’t nearby, and I won’t be returning after this experience. It’s such a shame because I’ve had a much better experience here in the past.

The chocolate chip cookies are amazing and made perfect with an ice cold milk! I don't live in the area but I'll definitely drive there for these.

I came with my son for breakfast and for him to teach me things on my phone, such as doing Reviews like this one! We both enjoy coming here even with the new renovations and changes. We really appreciated the kindness and wonderful care that Madi and Juana gave us today and always. Thank you both again for everything. Linda

The biggest problem we faced was finding a parking space! ?. The food, the atmosphere, and the price are excellent. This makes this place a small gem. I recommend it and I will be back with more friends! Keep up the good work! And good food!

Parking: There is a lot of parking and there are more patrons that keep coming to this wonderful place. Don't give up!

This was my first time dining here and our server Daija was the most pleasant, friendly and welcoming person I’ve encountered. Despite us coming during dinner rush, she was so attentive and friendly, I was in between choices of what to get and her recommendations were spot on, this will be a regular weekly stop for me! 5 stars all the way!!

Really nice place . I would say upscale, offers good wine menu as well as good food items which are appropriately high to match the quality of the place. Indoor as well as beautiful outdoor seating. Free parking, and of-curse requires reservations.

We were away for a few months and came back to a newly revamped Tiny's. I'd love to say that the new look and feel are amazing. However, the place now feels unwelcoming, cold, and very much lounge vibe.

I'm not sure why the owners decided to change it so drastically. I doubt this new approach will gain traction. If our neighbors are anything like us, they will miss the lighthearted look and feel, the welcoming pastries behind the register with all the daily juices, the beautiful yet welcoming bar top which is now a full blown "upscale" lounge bar-ish.

This place has been enjoyed by countless families for years now, and I don't believe the change will go down that well. I hope to be wrong, of course, as the food and pastries are still the same (for now). But it all feels so pretentious now, and personally, we feel that all life has been tucked right out of It.

We are the biggest proponents of change when it makes the most sense, though. Obviously, we are not the owners' confidants, so we can't possibly know. But from the outside, these changes don't make sense.

Fabulous location with a great vibe - shame that most of the tables were empty with lots of groups waiting just because they didn’t have enough waiting staff & this was 10:30 on a Saturday !
However the food was great and would come back they just need to make sure they have enough staff rostered on

Delicious breakfast and brunch!! Great decor and ambiance with excellent service. Indoor seating is plentiful but the outdoor seating is even better with options in and out of shade. There's a beautiful grassy square that many kids and pets were playing in.

First time here and was not impressed. Came on a busy Sunday…wait wasn’t terribly long. It was pretty packed but there were places to sit. Most all of the staff was wonderful except our server. Kierra was very unfriendly and when asked if we could order a side of something, she sounded annoyed like we shouldn’t be asking.

Eggs came out cooked the wrong way (scrambled instead of fried) and the food was just average in general. I ended up eating the eggs as they were since our server was no where to be found. When the server finally came and the error was mentioned, she was very apathetic and her apology sounded 100% insincere. Didn’t offer to make it right. Very disappointing.

Great atmosphere and convenient location, though. This place will probably make its way back in rotation at some point again due to us living nearby, but we definitely won’t make an effort to return.
