Westfest weekend 2024 was insane but the manager made good with a few gift cards for me and a buddy for the wait, I mean this is SERVICE and appreciation. Always great food and hot!

Ordered four adult dinners and a kids meal. Discovered that we were missing one whole meal and the fries from the kids meal. After waiting outside for a good 20 minutes to have a manager come out and tell us that they watched the video and all of our food came out to us was a slap in the face. Why would someone lie about missing an entire box of food and a small order of fries. The meaning of customer service is truly dead at this establishment.

Ordered a large order for a camp we were doing at Latham Springs. The services was amazing having ordered for lunch on a Sunday for a massive order. The cashiers were nice and able to help us while making sure we had everything we needed to have a great meal!!!

We were in the front of the drive thru line and the person behind us was served before we were. It made absolutely no sense. When we informed the girl who was taking orders, she said she would be with us in a minute. She went inside and came back out just to not take our order once again. When we drove off due to lack of professionalism, she just shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t have a care in the world. Do better!
