The food is really good friendly people and the cloches are the best and I have had a lot of cloches in my life and the best is the Oreo and turtle and birthday cake so try it out and come get some yummy food

I've been eating kolaches for over 70 years and these kolaches were the best I have ever had. Tasty and fluffy. And the selection! I think there were more than 50 kinds of kolaches! Be sure to get one with cream cheese filling added to the fruit filling. The cinnamon rolls were huge and delicious.

Gerik's Ole Czech Bakery & Deli is a highly recommended restaurant known for its great baked goods and fresh, homemade taste. Located a block off the main stops along 35, it offers a wide variety and impressive service. The restaurant is also a pizza place. Customers love the amazing atmosphere, quiet and lit beautifully, with a smell that reminds them of the old world. The kolaches and cinnamon rolls are great, staying delicious even when frozen and eaten weeks later. The pastries are amazing, with too many to try. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the owners are great. Portions are nice and hardy. This place is the best by far. The chubies, fruit kolaches, and a cinnamon roll type dessert, like the lemon strawberry shortbread flavor, are huge and delicious. The restaurant also supports the local special education program, providing employment opportunities for students.
