My husband wanted to stop at Starbucks to pick up a drink as we were traveling through but I advocated hard for Sonic flavored teas. I placed a mobile order but the app wouldn’t let me check in so I called. This is at 4:04 pm on a Sunday and there were no customers. The phone rang for over a minute straight and finally a lady answered. I explained the app wasn’t letting me check in and told her my name, order and which stall we parked in and she hung up on me. At 4:15 there were still no customers and no delivery of drinks. I pushed the button and the same lady answered and was incredibly rude again. I reminded her we are just waiting for teas on the mobile order. At 4:22 a kid walked out and we asked him about our order and he was kind enough to figure it out and at almost 4:30 we got our drinks. Perhaps this would be excusable if there were customers, large orders to process or an understaffed establishment but there were no cars there with customers in them, two people kept peeping out the window, two other people walked out giggling, then the kind young man that helped us. The point - if you’re looking for quick, go to the Bush’s or map out the next Buccees or Starbucks.

Skip this place. Try the kolaches at the shell station next door. Those folks are nice and the kolaches are wonderful.

We pay almost $10 for a meal and my hamburger patty is as think as paper …. Just cause they smooshed it to look bigger … this is hard and gross … sonic in west just needs to close down there horrible ill eat pizza everyday before I eat there again

We went yesterday my husband started to order and the lady tells us to call our order, he told her why when we are here now trying to order. She got very disgruntled, disrespectful, and flat out rude. She started arguing with my husband after we left she called the cops. He was as rude to her as she was to him. She simply did not want to work.If people wanted to call their orders in they would.

Last 3 times I've gone here they have charged me twice, tried to keep $5 dollars in change, or have given incorrect change. When asked to get the correct change or have change returned they would throw it through my window instead of handing it. Food has been luke warm at best and tea watered down. Won't be going again. Better options in town.
