We pay almost $10 for a meal and my hamburger patty is as think as paper …. Just cause they smooshed it to look bigger … this is hard and gross … sonic in west just needs to close down there horrible ill eat pizza everyday before I eat there again

We went yesterday my husband started to order and the lady tells us to call our order, he told her why when we are here now trying to order. She got very disgruntled, disrespectful, and flat out rude. She started arguing with my husband after we left she called the cops. He was as rude to her as she was to him. She simply did not want to work.If people wanted to call their orders in they would.

Last 3 times I've gone here they have charged me twice, tried to keep $5 dollars in change, or have given incorrect change. When asked to get the correct change or have change returned they would throw it through my window instead of handing it. Food has been luke warm at best and tea watered down. Won't be going again. Better options in town.

Chilli cheese tots where is the cheese not on them cheese burger all the way dry no cheese are veggies has it door dashed because I am disabled and unable to drive will not order from this Sonic again nasty food had to feed it to my dog and he didn't even eat

Came to this location to get food while we were traveling. My kids ordered a chicken tender meal and a popcorn chicken meal and a kids chicken strip meal. Now my kids have gotten food poisoning. Im concerned on how this kitchen and staff operates and the negligence they have towards food at this location. This tells me that staff is not properly trained in food safety. I talk to the general manager and she seemed not to care what happened as she tried to rush me off the phone. I will report this to the City of West City Council and to the Texas State Health Department about this matter. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST
