WOW, What burger! Found this gem driving through West. I couldn't take a picture but the burger was HUGE! Cooked perfectly with great tasting beef. I can't wait to try there baked goods and other food.

Can get a bit busy but totally worth it. Pizza is excellent and you can’t go wrong with a giant cinnamon roll from the kolache shop inside as well. Kids love it.

Service was good, Czech bites were good, sauerkraut plate was good, the pizza the family got was under cooked and just kinda a normal pizza. Didn't quite live up to all the hype we have heard.

I called in an order of kids spaghetti with meat sauce with cheese and a chili cheese dog for pickup. I had an old menu that I used. The menu had a hot dog, chili dog and then the chili cheese dog was listed last. When I picked up the order and looked at it, I had a corn dog about 8 inches long on top of the to go box. I told the lady that was not what I ordered. I told her I ordered a chili cheese dog. She told me they did not have chili cheese dogs, that was their chili cheese dog. Inside the to go box was a container (1 cup or more) of chili and the same size of cheese. When I ordered I asked that they put onions and mustard on the chili cheese dog. There was onions and mustard in small containers in the box. Also, when I ordered I asked for extra sauce for the spaghetti. I was told that would be an extra $2.00 charge, so I told them to forget it. There was no flatware or napkins packed with order. There is a big difference in a chili cheese dog and a corn dog. Also, how could I eat the chili from the container with no spoon. I should had been told when I called the order in that they did not have chili cheese dogs. The corn dog was horrible. I ate about a i/4 of it and threw the rest away. My son said the spaghetti was nothing to brag about. I will not be ordering anything else from Pizza House in West.

Restaurantji Recommends
The wife and I decided to take aride to West from Waco. We should have stayed home. We waited 30 minutes for the restaurant to open. We order a chicken fried chicken steak and a chicken fried chicken. The fried food was alright but the French fries tasted like old potatoes..one of the waitresses was rude when we told her the fries did not taste good and replaced them with onion rings. The bakery seems to have great stuff, if you are a sweet tooth. We will not stop again.
