Right as we sat down to eat after serving ourselves from the buffet, we saw a man FEEDING A MOUSE RIGHT UNDERNEATH WHERE YOU GET YOUR DRINKS! Most DISGUSTING thing EVER! We walked up to the counter got our money back and LEFT!

I usually stop here for my gizards, because I'm the only one in my family that likes them. Today I went and I asked to have them not so hot and that they can probably just get them off of the buffet. The lady checking me out said no ma'am, we will make them fresh for you. I really appreciate her kindness and wanting to make my food fresh. See you next time I'm in Wharton for my gizzard fix.

The buffet was empty and the staff were more worried about sending the chicken out the drive thru window!!!!! We were there 45 minutes and the empty buffet had no chicken!! After paying 30.00 for two buffets, you shouldn’t have to beg for your chicken!! The drive thru customers were the only ones that existed at this restaurant!! This is the worst Hartz I have ever been to. If I could rate them any lower I would!! Don’t waste your money here!!
