I normally come for 3 meats and 3 sides but today I added baked potato with 1 meat. The baked potato was just average. I was kind of disappointed in the potato. I will stick to the plates.
I feel like I can cook brisket as well as this establishment did. I expect pros to cook better than I do. Sides were great. Service was excellent. Hinze's was better before the original place burned on Highway 59. This was the first time since the move into town.
Parking: Not enough Handicapped parking. Lot is gravel and was difficult to push a walker.
