We're so glad decided to investigate this place off the beaten path! This was the best Italian food I've eaten in Texas! You can actually taste how the pasta is made from scratch, and all the ingredients are fresh, instead of being from a jar. I don't see myself wanting to go to anywhere else for Italian food. This is a hidden gem in White Oak. Everything I have tried there is delicious. It is hard to find places that take such pride in the food they prepare. Pasta and sauces are made in house. Their pizza is best in area. Just don't ask for pineapple on it. Pizza dough is fresh made with the best non GMO flour available. Even the cheese is fresh made by the owner.
