Becareful after dark getting drinks here.Seems the drive through team here doesn't care and is messing with food items and drinks specifically.Got a coke and it ended up being diet and now my stomach hasn't stopped being upset for the last hour atleast.Idk what it is but if this happens again I'll make sure to sue if not file a complaint with the health department because this doesn't just happen from a regular to a diet soda and make me sick to my stomach especially not this long at all.This is also known as biological warfare or a terroristic act when consumables are tampered with.Buyers beware!

The drive-thru window worker, TRISTEN, was so busy having a full on conversation on his phone and laughing so much about whatever he was distracted talking about that he didn't give us our straws and didn't even tell me how much my order was or ask for payment (I had to offer him my card), and then I watched him handle all of our food with NO GLOVES ON. He grabbed the curly fries we ordered with his bare thumb inside the container directly touching our curly fries while he placed them into the bag. Not to mention, we ordered large curly fries and the amount in the container was more about a medium size and had regular French fries mixed in to fill up the container more. The fries were room temperature, tasted stale, and seemed like they'd been sitting for awhile.When we were handed our food through the window by Tristen after he handled it all with no gloves on, I had to remind him we didn't get any straws. I then asked for ranch for the curly fries and he told me he couldn't give us any sauces without charging us an extra $0.90 per sauce. We weren't even given ketchup or napkins! So no sauce or ketchup unless we pay extra now? He just seemed like he didn't want to do his job or bother with us since he was too busy talking on his phone. Poor experience, poor customer service, and gross employee touching food with NO GLOVES. I highly recommend going to another restaurant nearby or a whole different Jack in the Box.

**Updated 2/26/2024**I waited flin drive thru for 10 minutes to get cold fries and burgers that were prepared wrong. Not to mention the fries were cold...and we're missing my tacos. Had to back in and get my tacos, which were just siting on the counter...SMH I don't mind waiting in line but I expect the food to be hot at least...

I’ve bought a plain chicken sandwich 5 times from this Jack over the past 2 weeks and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it was hot, fresh, and juicy.(Unlike the one by my apartment which theirs tastes like it’s been sitting under the lamp since the last time the Cowboys won the Super Bowl.The young dude in the drive-thru even remembered me and delivered great/friendly customer service.5/5 A+ 100% all that!

I went in a little bit worried, I had checked the reviews before I ordered and I didn't have the highest hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the employees (at least the ones I talked to) were polite and patient. My only gripe are the drinks, I believe it's because of the water, but the drinks tasted off, mine was okay and I drank it fine, but it tasted off. Other than that the place was amazing, definitely enjoyed.

Used the drive through and when I got to the speaker I was told to wait and I ended waiting for 10 minutes. Had cars line up behind me for seemingly no reason. People in front of me were also leaving because of the wait. I ask if anyone is there and get a “hold on” then a few minutes later finally someone speaks to me and I tell him I have an Uber order and they tell me it’s ready at the window. Get to the window and it’s not ready for another 5 minutes. Customer asked for extra sauce so I ask for it and dude looks me dead in the eyes and places one packet in my hand. Just go somewhere good.
Whoever was on the headset today 12/19 around 7-730pm needs an attitude adjustment . Pulled up to the window picking up a door dash order because they took to long to acknowledge me at the voice box and the person wanna yell "yall need to wait at the machine" . If your on headset why are you standing by the front door. If the inside of the store is closed that early why not just put a sign on the door ? instead of just standing there shaking your head no. Had to come back around the drive through because the rude person slammed the window on me before giving me the drinks for the order.
