I’ve bought a plain chicken sandwich 5 times from this Jack over the past 2 weeks and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it was hot, fresh, and juicy.(Unlike the one by my apartment which theirs tastes like it’s been sitting under the lamp since the last time the Cowboys won the Super Bowl.The young dude in the drive-thru even remembered me and delivered great/friendly customer service.5/5 A+ 100% all that!
I went in a little bit worried, I had checked the reviews before I ordered and I didn't have the highest hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the employees (at least the ones I talked to) were polite and patient. My only gripe are the drinks, I believe it's because of the water, but the drinks tasted off, mine was okay and I drank it fine, but it tasted off. Other than that the place was amazing, definitely enjoyed.

**Updated 2/26/2024**I waited flin drive thru for 10 minutes to get cold fries and burgers that were prepared wrong. Not to mention the fries were cold...and we're missing my tacos. Had to back in and get my tacos, which were just siting on the counter...SMH I don't mind waiting in line but I expect the food to be hot at least...
