Placed an order ahead of time for pickup and upon arrival the order could not even be found and wasn’t ready. Called them after waiting for an hour and was told it was ready while we were there which was a lie and when we asked them to cancel the order and refund the money we were hung up on. Very unprofessional and flat out rude. 12-5-24
2 piece leg meal with what looks like to be the legs of chicken little and cold at that. Forgot the ranch that goes with the fried pickles. Oh, and slow! I mean, come on! I know from experience, it’s not hard to serve quality service/food! If I’m gonna spend my $$ at your establishment, I want food that’s edible or at least fills me up!
