Good Juju Gourmet Cookies

Since I cannot respond to the comment. I will update this with an actual description. Being the time of the year it is, I asked if outside was okay. She said it was. The atmosphere I was commenting on was not the outside, it was her attitude. Everyone commented on how rude she was to the other adults and children attending the party. The cookies were great, the kids had fun. But many commented how she came off very rude and stand offish. Not to mention I should have chose to go with the other company that would actually respond to emails in a timely manner, but that was on me. If her response does not show her callous attitude with her snarky responses, I don’t know what else would.

Also, when asked about baby yoda she said she already had the cut.. and I have the email of proof. So that’s a lie.

I also have proof in the emails of describing where it would be, and she assuring that it would be fine.

Once the deposit was sent it was like pulling teeth to get a response.

All in all, this seems like someone decided to start making cookies out of their house and overcharging people for a subpar experience. Had she had a more pleasant attitude, I would have ranked better given that the cookies did taste good and the girls enjoyed decorating them.

Editing once again and down to one star… would give none if possible… just to point out the horrible attitude of this woman, who is now shaming me being a single mother on a biweekly pay schedule who needed to wait two days until pay day to pay my deposit. Then paid the rest in full as promised. Everything mentioned she has some lame/new excuse, but has to throw in the horribly snarky remarks. Although I feel her own words speak for themselves, I would not do business with this witch. She has now edited out where she was calling out saying basically I was broke because I live in a mobile home on 120 acres. But I have the screenshots for anyone who would like to see. I’m thinking about going back to social media just to blast this. Because so many people have reached out with horror stories now, that she just deletes or changes her responses to make the other look crazy.

Always a fun time decorating cookies at Good Juju. My 8 and 10 year old daughters absolutely loved the class too!

Kid-friendliness: My 8 and 10 year olds were able to keep up with the adults pretty well and they didn't get bored.

It was a pleasure doing business with Julia at Good Juju Gourmet Cookies. We will definitely use Good Juju again. Our order was as promised, and delivery was as promised. Such a great product! I would recommend using this company for custom cookies.

Disappointment. I booked Good Juju for a baby shower and they ended up cancelling on us the night before which obviously left us no time for a replacement. The cookies were going to be a big part of the shower and were also part of the decor so it was really frustrating. If you are a business, you need to have back up helping you in case something comes up. We all know life happens but there’s no excuse for this. Feels more like bad juju to me.

Cookies were beautiful and delicious. My schedule changed day of and I asked if I could pick up several hours earlier than agreed and they were super helpful and had my cookies ready early. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I will be buying from them again.

Ordered cookies for my sons rehearsal dinner and they were a huge hit! They were exactly what I wanted and tasted delicious! Highly recommend!!

Went to a cookie decorating class with my daughter! We had a wonderful time, and the cookies were amazing as always! Can’t wait to attend again!

It’s a shame this place is now operating in the middle of a private neighborhood of Whitehouse , bringing unneeded traffic and strangers to the area…bad juju.

I love these cookies!!! They are super flavorful and moist. I’ve bought from Julia for years and her new location is the best. Friendly helpful staff and so many choices. I’m so glad I can get these for parties or gifts when I want them. Glad she’s in Tyler!!!
