We ordered shakes, but then they had to put in a new mix, so they gave us free drinks while we waited for the shakes. It was maybe a 15 min wait. The staff was super nice and the food came quickly! One of the best Whataburgers I've been to.
I came through the drive-through here and had the absolute best customer service someone could experience. A cashier here named Tada was EXCELLENT with a vibrant personality. She made me feel like I was receiving the best meal on Earth. Incredible job!!
Manager saved the day but the lady that took my order proves why In n Out and Chick Fil A will always be better than Whataburger! They listen, repeat the order, and always ask if there will be anything else before giving a total. Food quality only goes so far when customer service pairs with a Waffle House.
