Update: avoid the "pho" and don't ask for their version of hoisen sauce. They have some really good oyster sauce tho, and they don't use the cheap shoyo. Rice isn't cheap either they use legit sticky short grain cooked perfectly and it was so nice to have some good clean fresh rice (they never serve it old either and that's rare for a small town restaurant♥️) Also I've noticed their ice is really clean- they're def keeping up with getting...
I'm new to North Texas and I will say being from the city . I go out of my way to get food from here .Gainesville buffet is the worst and sherman food doesn't have enough options .this place tho the owner may not know my husband and I. But to us him his wife and daughter are familiar faces .the plates are always hooked up and always hot.
