I came in at around 10:20 am only one person was there as she ignored me for about 5 to 7 minutes before finally asking for my order she was very shot and just bad all around with a even worse attitude I know this place is good but this bad experience does suck i guess there’s a reason she didn’t have her name tag on her so no one would know her name for a complete

Went to get a sandwich for the family got ignored by Tyler then Shelby Stacy gave me attitude all because my ex is the manager there I showed up to eat while my ex was not working because we love to eat subway and didn’t want any problems then Shelby Stacy called her up to the store and was made feel very uncomfortable we left out of respect and dint want any problems in front of the kids and customers and didn’t get to fill our drinks very disappointed on the way things were handled at the whitesborrow subway we will not be going back to whitesborrow subway Jason I feel like this should have not been a problem and we should be able to eat subway but looks like we will be going to a different subway from now on to avoid drama and disrespect from managers and employees

While waiting for my online order in my car, I watched an employee drop my cups on the floor and then just pick them up and placed the DIRTY FLOOR CUPS with my food. If that’s how they react to sanitary practices with people in the lobby, I can only imagine their sanitary practices with no one around. Absolutely disgusting.

Don’t order from their online app, you won’t get your food!! Waited an hour before calling and three people later, we find out that it’s through a secondary company so they don’t know when it will be delivered. No where on the app does it say delivered by secondary carrier, but the manager went to tell me it is on my receipt…the one in her hand because I never got my food?!?!? She goes on to tell me how it’s not her fault and not to be rude(understandable if I would have ever received any contact stating our food was going to be sitting there for an hour, cold and soggy by now) don’t offer delivery if you do not have a delivery driver staffed! And no I’m not that lazy to be able to pick it up, unfortunately injured to where I can’t drive which was the only reason I was trying to get food delivered for my family!
