Sonic in Whitney still sucks out loud. I don't know why they can't get the orders right. I honestly can not think of a single time I have ever placed an order that it was correct. Tonight was no different.
I ordered 2 "Chophouse" burgers and you can see from the receipt what's supposed to be on there. Both burgers were IDENTICAL. And both were wrong. The first pic is what they SHOULD look like, the second is what actually showed up in the bag. If we didn't live so far...read full review
I used the sonic app this morning to order my breakfast on the way to work. I put my order in ahead of time and the app said the payment didn't go through. I pulled up my bank account and it had charged my back account. I pulled up and hit the red button and talked to a manager. he said he would fix it. He came out and told me to call corporate and they would refund my money. I told him I didn't want my money refunded I wanted the food I ordered and expected to pay for it. My...read full review
