“I had a wonderful morning at Panera Bread Wichita Falls thanks to “Team Lead” Jess, and her Chef Alex. My wife wanted a breakfast bowl that she used to get at Panera several years ago. After explaining to Jess what she wanted, Jess said “oh, we can make that by ordering an egg white/Avocado sandwich and make some substitutions. We can “deconstruct” it and put it in a bowl. The result was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. My goodness what patience and excellent service Jess and her team provided. When Jess checked with my wife to see if she liked it, she also shared how much fun the chef Alex had making it. Outstanding is the only word I can use to describe this morning. Thank you!!!! “I’ve lived in Dean for going on 6 years now sadly, yesterday was the first time I’ve had anything from Dean Cafe. It WILL NOT be the last! My husband brought in two guys to eat yesterday because they are working on rebuilding our house that burnt down last June. My husband brought me back chicken strips, fries, gravy, toast and sweet tea. (I’m a picky eater, I eat a lot of chicken lol) I’ll tell you the food was scorching hot still and was delicious! It was the BEST chicken and fries I have EVER had. The chicken had seasoning in the breading not bland like most chicken strips, and the fries were seasoned great too. The chicken almost reminding me of the seasoning of KFC but so much better. I rarely make a recommendation or rate a place of business unless it really stands out to me. And that being said, Dean Cafe is where it’s at!“
