“I had a wonderful morning at Panera Bread Wichita Falls thanks to “Team Lead” Jess, and her Chef Alex. My wife wanted a breakfast bowl that she used to get at Panera several years ago. After explaining to Jess what she wanted, Jess said “oh, we can make that by ordering an egg white/Avocado sandwich and make some substitutions. We can “deconstruct” it and put it in a bowl. The result was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. My goodness what patience and excellent service Jess and her team provided. When Jess checked with my wife to see if she liked it, she also shared how much fun the chef Alex had making it. Outstanding is the only word I can use to describe this morning. Thank you!!!! “This is the best place in town to get boba tea or any refreshing drinks. It’s clean and welcoming ambiance and you can tell that they take pride on making their desserts.“
