perfect environment very sweet workers and always smiling! The cookies are always amazing and fresh! I love the variety they have weekly. i just wish the minis were options on other days.

My cinnamon squares did not have ANY cinnamon in them. Not sure how the employees ice a cookie and not notice there not being a drop of cinnamon on a cinnamon square! It tasted like plain bread with icing. Kinda like banana bread without the bananas ?? was dry and not a lick of cinnamon in there. So disappointing I got two to have extra and it be not even made right

When I got the cookies home, I couldn't even pick up the lemon cookie had to cut it to eat it. It wasn't done all the way. Lemon was slimy. The cookie dough cookie was so greasy on the bottom. Not impressed. The cookies aren't cooked all the way.
Love the cookies. Definitely feel like you get your money’s worth for how huge the cookies are. Always get in and out fast. Employees at the counter always look happy. Smells nice when you walk in the door and it always looks nice and clean inside.
