I gave a poor review for today's order only. All the other times have been great. Firehouse is my favorite sandwich place in town. But I ordered online, and when I arrived it was not ready. I watched people make orders there and after a few others got their orders, I told them up front about ordering online. After 25 minutes waiting I confronted the counter again about my online order.
