So slow!! I asked half my lunch break in the line waiting for a charger. 2 cars ahead of me each got one drink each. Ridiculous.

If you like/love or run on coffee. Its a bit pricey but what coffee shop isnt these days. Should give em a shot.

Whoever was working this morning should not work at a coffee shop lol. Ordered 2 drinks and a blueberry bagel online for pickup. Get there and they are out of blueberry ( not her fault) but dont let people order and pay for stuff that’s out of stock. I tell her to do asiago instead with butter. She repeats it back to me and still gives me a bagel with no butter. Then my drinks, she wrote texas mocha on one and caramel on one and handed them to me and told me which was which. Well were both labeled wrong and she told me it wrong. Usually i wouldn't care but im allergic to chilie and im assuming thats whats in the texas mocah. For my caramel latte, i specifically said do half caramel and half white mocah. She did full pumps of caramel and full pumps of white chocolate. My drinks was not drinkable at all. It was overly sweet ( obviously.) Maybe if youd work instead of sitting there talking to your friend youd make at least one thing right in my order. What a waste of $30. Would never come back again.

Constantly out of supplies, currently it’s chai which is what my wife loves. Always new faces, indicative of high turn over. Just seems poorly managed, and of course I’ve heard the rumors of how the owner is. Loved this place ten years ago when it opened, but has just gone down hill over the last few years. Will be looking for a different local coffee shop.

Time after time you go and order here. Then they don’t have ham and cheese sandwiches or other food items on the menu. Also don’t have the stuff to make most of the drinks. And if you do get it. It’s not made like it used to be. Wait times at the drive thru is long. Then when it’s time to order they tell they don’t have the stuff. Shop local they say you are better off going to Starbucks they are the same price and better variety. Edit: cause it won’t let me respond. Today I tried to get a strawberry Italian cream soda but the didn’t have the strawberries. Last time they didn’t tell me yall ran out and got the drink and it didn’t taste the same tasted more carbonated. That same time i tried to order ham and cheese y’all were out. Instead I got the over night oats and it was stale. But today I didn’t try and get food just so wouldn’t be disappointed
