Runny watered down , didn’t even taste like chai. 0/10,

Unfortunately a receipt wasn’t given to me at the time of purchase but it was July 4th around 2:55pm, I know that because yes I took the photo outside of my house when I got there at 3:01 (ring camera) so no I don’t think the “drive” and the “heat” had anything to do with the drinks taste, especially when I’m driving in an air conditioned vehicle. I’d love a refund.

Asked for cold foam or sweet cream yesterday afternoon. Server was snarky and rude. He said they were out. Be kind!

I recently visited Frank and Joe’s Coffee Shop and had a fantastic experience! The place was super clean and welcoming, and the staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the drinks—they were delicious and well-made. I also appreciate that it seems to be a Christian-owned spot, which I love. Overall, it’s a cool place to relax, hang out, and enjoy a great cup of coffee!

I went through this morning at 11:12 a.m. to get a ham & cheese meal pack. After ordering the girl through the drive through tossed me just a heated ham and cheese where I told her I wanted the meal. So she hands me the plastic box with chips and and says here. I said but I dudn’t want a heated sandwich . She then takes it clearly mad for her own mistake comes back to the window and tosses me a frozen sandwich and slams the window. As I stop I call and ask for the manager when I clearly hear it is the same person who helped me. I wss gonna relay how I was treated. So I ask the managers name where she said Kaylyn I said last name please because I could tell by voice it was the same girl where she would not give it so this was my last option to warn you how you will be treated for this girl’s own incompetence. I am a business owner as well and would def wanna know. And the sandwich- so frozen my teeth will barely go thru it and it was $12.00 altogether. Tks alot

From the PNW where Starbucks started out and many others like Dutch Bros. I'm picky for my coffee with my own setup for espresso. Ordered drinks that aren't easy to make. I've only ever had a good seasonal blackberry latte that was good once before. The 2nd time was here. Also impossible to fake a good horchata frappuccino. The spices and flavors here top notch. Didn't see any understaffing at the drive-thru / otherwise. A good coffee shop.

This visit, my food did come out a little bit faster than it did last time. The only issue this time was the gentleman working in the back making the food was handling everything ,frozen or not ,with no gloves on, and that is not sanitary at all.

Extremely rude staff, exceedingly long wait times or absolutely no service at all, manager is insufferably rude to anyone and everyone. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I would provide negative stars but the review requires at least 1 to leave a review at all. Do not order from this place unless disappointment is something you're in to

8 am the busiest time and only one employee. She can’t do drive thought and walk in. Is not his fault. But It took for ever. Sofa are very dirty. I will not return and I don’t recommend for walk in. Unless you have plenty of time and don’t care about a clean space.
