Hello I’m Criss who visited earlier this week this restaurant has Poor management needs a new manager this the third time this week I went up here and had an incident over my food. I don’t understand why every time I come up here this happens I will never be coming back cooperate needs to be called! Immediately. Never been to an restaurant that was so unprofessional.

I got response bk that said “thanks for your great review”! I’m thinking was it a sarcastic remark or thinking as ppl read the response they’d deflect what I wrote? 🤔

Listen, I don't know why, but I love Jack in the Box. There's something special about the mix of burgers, fries, tacos, chicken and more in this spot. This location was clean, fast to greet and serve, and the food was great. Don't let my love of Jack in the Box take away from my reviews of finer eating establishments. It's just something special. Now the Jack in the Box in Denton on University? That location is sketchy. But this was great.

Great food for fast food but they forgot part of our order, which I didn't realize until I was 15 miles away at home. So I had to drive 15 miles back to get them and 15 miles back home. They also did not answer the phone the 5 times I called on my way back to the store.
