Jimmy John’s decided when I called them to make a delivery that they would take my credit card information over the phone but claim they did not receive the information on their end. I was able to log into my account give them all of the information for the transaction ID still they claim they did not receive it, they decided they were not going to let me speak to a manager though they put me on hold for a while and claimed they called one. i paid $15 for a giant sandwich that has 4 slices of meat total. terrible service, terrible food, terrible portions. 0/10 never coming back
