Very slow drive thru service. The 1st car in line was finally served after I had been there for 15 minutes. I waited because I assumed the delay was them cooking a fresh batch and everyone else would be served quicker but the 2nd car in line still hadn't been served after another 10 minutes. I left rather than wait an hour + for mediocre fast food

After a miscommunication caused an annoying level of frustration, Craig came to the rescue(at least I think that's how he spells it). Top notch customer service can really turn someone's day around and this man went above and beyond the call of duty. This man has it figured out. I seriously hope that Harold promotes this man. Let the corporate know he exists. YOU ROCK CRAIG. Thanks for the fresh and delicious seafood.

App did not charge me correctly and I immediately went inside to request a refund or change to the order. I was dismissed like a non issue, if customers are going to be treated as disposable then I will review accordingly. I understand times are tough but you need to select better management.

Went there for the first time and ordered #12 Fish and Chicken Platter w fries, coleslaw, and hushpuppies. The drive thru guy was very nice when placing the order he gave us extra sauce. Will definitely come back.

We went to LJS the week it opened and the food was great. So we had a craving for LJS on 09/17/2025. We went to the drive though and ordered two #5's. Got home ready to enjoy our dinner,and the fish breading was over cooked too thick we had to peel it off only to get to the smallest fish ever,the waffle fries tasted stale like they had been under a heat lamp for awhile,the hush puppies were over cooked and hard on the outside and not completely done on the inside,cole slaw was good. I just hope that this place doesn't go down like the new Grandy's that was also built new from the ground up because of poor management and employees,sure would be a waste. And my family and I are big fans of LGS and Grandy's. Heat is up too high and not cooking the food properly over cooking on the outside and under cooking on the inside. Good luck LJS.

My go to place for amazing fish, chicken, hush puppies, crispies, and I only thought Chik Fila's waffle fries were good until I had Long John Silver's. Best of all is the staff!!!! That boi Craig put in WORK on that pm shift, and his crew is super friendly, professional! I will recommend this Long Johns Silver's to anyone everytime!
