Arrived at 5 the day before Valentine’s Day. Left at 7. Service was slow. Had trouble with provision of owns requested. Tables around were empty. Wait staff was great. When we left many people were waiting. Food was great but I miss the peach/bourbon glaze on scallops. Maple glaze doesn’t do it for me and scallops without aren’t tasty. Will definitely go back but think they need to address something either in kitchen or front staffing. Not sure which.
The server, I think she said her name was Tassie, was so wonderful. She was helpful (We cannot afford to eat there often, and she helped us pick out what to order.), and patient with us when we needed help with things. Her demeanor was very kind and friendly. Our food was terrific. I am from Florida and I know if seafood is really fresh or not. My husband got a plate with shrimp, crab, and lobster. He loved his food. Big shout out to Ramon! What an amazing person. There was 13 of us and he was so pleasant and stayed on top of our drinks and shrimp. Most of us had the endless shrimp and Ramon was constantly putting in orders for more shrimp. He smiled and laughed right along with us. Ramon, you are an amazing person and thank you so much for making our day wonderful! You were an amazing addition to our day! Excellent job Ramon!
