We asked for extra sauce on the pizzas but there was not any. We've always loved the flavor of Pizza Hut sauce and were disappointed. The tv was very loud, and no one ever checked on us. We were the only ones dining in.

We normally eat pizza once or twice a week. This order was placed online and we picked it up. The time said roughly 35 minutes but it was actually ready within 20 minutes. The workers were nice and the pizza was really good. Pizza Hut is usually our go to and it did not disappoint!

A 14 minute order took 50 minutes and was not even correct. Pizza was doughy and tasted like canned pizza crust. Employee kept touching his long loose hair. Save time and money and go get a frozen pizza it will taste better.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could I ordered a pizza from kemp at got all the way home my pizza was burnt.I drive all the way back the manger tries to argue with me and tell me the pizza wasn't burnt.Then he tells me he could make another one but it will probably come out the same way.I told him I usually go to the pizza hut on jacksboro hwy and they have never given me a burnt pizza.Never coming back to this location again from now on the jacksboro hwy.The nerve of this socalled manger arguing with me he must be high or something.

My family went here on 7/19/25 Wen we first stepped inside the store there was trash all over the floor After we ordered we sat down waiting for our drinks they never came we had to go ask for them Our Parmazon cheese shaker was empty,I looked around at the other tables & all the parmazon cheeze shakers were empty I finally found one that wasn’t After we got our food , the young woman that brought our food not once came to check n us, not once ,, so me and my family will never eat there again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Wife ordered pick up pizza and I was in drive thru 45minutes. I told them that I had been in drive thru for 45 min. He responded SO HAS EVERYONE ELSE. I told my wife never to order from here again. I will share with family how bad this place is.

Absolute ridiculous wait time. I’ve been here and had to wait 30+ minutes for small boxes of pizza! Absolute ridiculous. Workers there don’t give two flying hells whether you’re in the lobby or not. It’s insane.
If I could give it a zero stars I would. It's bad when a worker brings their dog in ,but to have it back where the food is being prepared is B S , I will NEVER eat here again ! The lady taking orders was about as friendly and knowledgeable as a bag of sand.

Most of the tables were dirty even though there was one other family in there which left no excuse for the dirty tables. The service could have been better. They didn't have any tea made, and they didn't have a salad bar, which was why I went in there to begin with. I will not be going back to eat in there again.
