I used to love this place. We decided to go there because it had been a while. It will probably be a long while before we go again.It may have been an off day, but the line moved very slowly. They had several staff behind the counter, but it appeared 6 one was working. Two of them were walking around but nor actually accomplishing anything. They were friendly enough, though.Some of that may have been because they were busy. That might also be why the store itself was in a wreck. All the empty tables had food or trash on them. Napkins and bits of food littered the floor as well.All of that said, the food was still as excellent as it had been previously, and the price was as expected. So if you have a hankering for Qdoba food, it's probably worth it. If you want to have a Qdoba experience, they missed it this particular day.Parking: As it is part of a shopping center there is a lot of parking available. However, several food places are in the same area, so traditional meal times may involve a little bit of a walk.

I used to like this place but the workers were rude. I came in to get food at 11:00 on 3/7 and the cashier and man making my bowl were awful. They need a course in customer service. The food came out fine i guess, but I’ll never come back.

My favorite restaurant has sadly gone so downhill!! Our most recent visit was “welcomed” by employees that acted like we were the problems for visiting and ignored us to chat or play on their phones, then one of the workers allowed his apparent boyfriend to cut in front of us to get a free drink. Still, I was in line and didn’t want to make a scene by leaving, which I should’ve. The woman making our food didn’t pay attention to what we asked for, put the wrong things on the burritos and honestly we tried to ignore it and enjoy our meal anyways but she ruined it beyond repair. Not to mention her inability to wrap a burrito so she just slapped a second cold tortilla on it and halfway wrapped it in foil, saying “you might want to use a fork.”So so so disappointing.

Food was good, standard Qdoba. But we ordered curb side pickup 15 minutes before arriving to pick up the food and still sat in the designated pickup spot for an extra 15 minutes even after calling to tell them we were there. We called one last time before just going in to grab the food. All of the employees were just standing around talking with my food sitting on the counter or not even back yet. And it was not a busy time. There were maybe 4 other people there and only one person in line

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY FAST CASUAL RESTAURANT SINCE BEFORE COVID!Everyone was friendly, took great care to make me quality food with good portions and really made an effort to connect with me and make me feel like I mattered to them as a customer.After this awesome experience and all the bad experiences I've had at the Chipotle in town, I'll definitely be frequenting this place!

They hire the youth, which isn't bad EXCEPT they must not train customer service. A smile, eye contact, answering questions, etc.i can get over that but the last 3 times my family has gone the place was a mess. Dirty tables (& chairs), overfull trashcan, trash in floor. It just doesn't give off a good , clean eating environment. If I can't have a clean table without ASKING, I'm not impressed. The young man who finally did come to wipe it down seemed put out. My idea is to pick a different restaurant or get it to go.

I will recommend it but it is delicious and clean. However, the staff have no personality or simply hate their lives because NONE of them ever smile. No kind words or gesture to make the place inviting. I like good customer service. That includes behavior and how the employees presented. For that, I give 3 instead of 5 stars. Nobody likes a sour face and attitude.
