Initially a terrible experience. After a conversation with the manager about not receiving service while two other patrons were taken care of, they corrected the problem. Great food and atmosphere.
Worst service that,I've ever had at Rib Crib.Husband,and I seated ourselves.Server asked what we would like to order without even bringing us,a menu.I asked for a menu and she brought one menu not two for both of us.I was seated facing the kitchen and saw a female employee eating from a bowl pacing back and forth in the serving line.Won't be going back anytime soon.Terrible service and not impressed by staff openly eating in the kitchen/cooking area.
As it was my family’s first time in Texas we decided to go to a classic Texas BBQ restaurant. And i’ll tell you one thing, RibCrib did not disappoint. We were all extremely happy with the food, service and price. I personally had the “Brisket ‘N Bird” which was incredible. I recommend anyone who sees a RibCrib to run in there and grab a table, you won’t be disappointed.
