I want to say the customer service is amazing. There was a mis communication over the phone on our order, but the girl on duty took care of it. She even explained a better way to for me to order in the future via the App or website. Also the sandwiches and cookies purchased were were awesome!! I will send all my co-workers there!!

I like Subway a lot but the workers don't seem to understand how to use their gloves properly. The worker yesterday put on gloves to make my sub. Great. Except that he kept those same gloves on while he did a whole lot of other things as well. Not realizing that his gloves were cross contaminated. So in reality he was protecting his hands and not my food. I see this so much with Subway personnel. He seemed to get a little offended when I asked him to change out his gloves...

We brought in a list of six sandwiches yesterday and the guy was pissed off at us. He gave us some cards and said next time to order it online. The sandwiches were bad, but the guy could have been nicer.
