We have been here for a year and just renewed for another year. Taylor the manager and Clint maintenance are absolutely amazing! They honestly go above and beyond!

This place is amazing!! Taylor is GREAT in the office and handling any and all issues promptly. Clint is one of the best maintenance guys you will ever work with. This guy even works on weekends to make sure you are taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this property.

The manager Taylor and their maintenance guy Clint have been so helpful with everything.From the move in, to the move out. I’ve only lived there for just 6 months but I can truly say they’re very helpful and treated me great during my time there. When I had an issue with my apartment Taylor and Clint would quickly resolve my issue. Great Staff. Great Manager. If you’re looking for a new home, go see Taylor! She will be extremely helpful and will answer any questions you have for her.

I have truly had such an amazing experience living here! The staff, Taylor, Clint and all others have been so extremely helpful with everything from move in to move out. I lived here just over a year and can truly say they are attentive and work towards solving problems quickly and efficiently, the property is clean and well kept! They quickly resolved a small bug issue I had and have been checking up on me ever since. They treated me and my dog like family and made my experience a great one! I love it here!

Overpriced & Poor quality! I lived here over a year and the units are literally section 8 quality apartments. There is no communication between the staff that handles this property. They make up random fees and don’t reach out to you to communicate if something does come up. I got charged a “moving out fee” even though my lease was up and I put in a notice that i’m moving to another state. No one let me know that I had a payment for moving out. Which is extremely silly. I got sent an email with extra fees adding all the way up to $225. I cannot believe them. They won’t even call me. My restroom & kitchen had so many issues. The structure of the building is not leveled properly or straight. I can’t even get a hold of them on the phone which doesn’t help their business.

While our stay here wasn’t long, I loved every second of it. Taylor is the best property manager I’ve encountered in my years of renting and moving around. She personally makes sure that everything is just right for you and your family. Maintenance is great. First night there Clint made sure to go change the batteries on our thermostat when I called at 9pm so our baby could sleep comfortably. I’m so grateful for how we have been treated by this great group of people. They are extremely military friendly and it’s a lovely place to live

Cockroaches Cockroaches every where no matter how much you clean and how clean you are they are always coming from somewhere and make sure your internet is cable ready not phone jack ready! Needs to be updated! I would never live there ever!

As the office manager of BEST ELECTRIC COMPANY, we get a lot of calls; however, the best come from The Maverick on Seymour and The Maverick on Maurine! The office managers, Kassi and Taylor, are friendly and show a purpose. If a tenant has an electrical issue, these ladies ask me to HURRY up without being rude. I believe they are some of the few, who really care about their tenants and the property. Based on the electrical technicians' feedback, the apartments are well kept. I firmly believe, if the property managers care about the property, the tenants will care as well.

You will regret it!!! This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. They showed us a super nice apartment and then moved us into a dumpy one where the air conditioner and dishwasher didn’t work. Maintenance finally made all the repairs the day before we moved out.

Due to there being no air conditioning, we had window units that were not properly placed and resulted in us finding a lizard and several other pests. (Still paid the pest control fee though)

I agreed to pay $2000 to break the lease and I sent Taylor several emails asking for direction and even called the office several times (no answer or no call back). Due to an issue on their end I was not able to pay via website.

A week after we moved out I was sent to collections. Frustrated, I called Taylor ( big mistake) so I spoke to Kassi, her boss, (even worse mistake) basically I was told Taylor couldn’t separate the payments like she said she could and that the check I had sent hadn’t be received.

I was told by Kassi that maybe collections “could work out a deal with me” to save my credit score if I paid in full.

I have never had to bug someone so much to take my money.

The management staff is super friendly and extremely helpful with resolving all issues if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

As my first apartment I've had as an adult I can defiantly say the experience living here has been great everyone is so friendly and welcoming and they will work with you which is appreciated by me and my family. would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay

Such a great place to live! I love the management, especially Cassie, and they always have fun events going on for tenants. Any maintenance issue I've ever had with my townhouse has been taken care of as soon as I mentioned it! Very caring staff!
